is a volunteer based association composed of professionals that like
YOU have the passion and motivation to make a difference on their daily
activities. 
FLURISA is a nonprofit professional and educational association organized for the purpose of recognizing, supporting and encouraging broad professional growth, education, communication, technical development and service to its members and others in the field of geospatial information and related technologies. Our mission is to educate, stimulate and encourage ethical professional advancement in the geospatial industry.
I would like to encourage each GIS professional or user to join the association and take advantage of the opportunities that are available for its members envisioning the overall geospatial industry and professional growth. Members Spotlight
Rocky Agbunag, GISP — Rocky Agbunag have worked as a GIS professional for over fifteen years and he is currently the GIS Coordinator with St. Johns County, Florida. Rocky graduated from The Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and he is a certified GISP. Rocky's education, IT trainings, and professional experiences have helped him develop diverse skills in designs, developments, and implementation of GIS applications and an Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS). Rocky recently achieved to have St. Johns County to be recognized and selected as a recipient of the 2010 Esri Special Achievement in GIS (SAG) Award.
